How can I verify my account?
Please upload your National ID / Passport number, ID / Passport front side and back side snaps sequentially. Then take your profile picture and you will get verified within 24 hours.

You can check call rates from the Check Rate button on the More page, or you will be notified during a call.
Can I call / chat with a VOKKA user free of cost?
Yes. You can enjoy free calling and chatting with VOKKA users.
Can I use VOKKA for GSM (Safaricom / Airtel / Telkom) calling?
Yes. You can call GSM numbers with the mentioned call rate.
Can I use VOKKA for IP calling?
Yes. You can call IP numbers free of cost under the same network using a VOKKA number.
Can I use VOKKA for international calling?
Yes, you can make international calls using VOKKA.
Do I need to pay any monthly charge?
No, there is no monthly charge applicable. You just need to pay for outgoing GSM calls.
How can I recharge my account?
Go to the Recharge option from the menu, then continue to online payment for M-Pesa / PayPal / recharge by credit card.
Can I transfer my balance to another VOKKA user?
Yes. You can transfer your balance to your VOKKA friends.
